Group Therapy Techniques
Using Mindfulness techniques and tools from Non-Violent Communication, attending one of Heartwood Arts Therapy’s group workshops or retreats is a great way to connect to others without relying on words.
Each group begins by setting ground rules that everyone who is part of the group contributes to. In this way, the therapy sessions have the right foundations to be a true supportive and loving community.
